Problem:
Today we upgraded one of our client's site from DNN 4.9.x to 5.04.01 and encountered the following error:
Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI'
Cause:
The file named "Telerik.Web.UI" is missing from the Bin directory.
Solution:
Download the full install version of DNN and copy the 'Telerik.Web.UI' from the bin directory over to your website's bin directory.
